And I'm the owner operator of Small Block Services who takes action for lifestyle block owners so they can get their time and life back.

And like most people, I like to work smarter and NOT harder.

I grew up as a doer. Always wanting to DO something and get my hands dirty. Which made a career in the construction industry a perfect fit. Where I could figure things out and still use my hands.
​
But it was my knack of taking someone's vision or problem and manually sorting out a solution that gave me the epiphany to create Small Block Services. Where I can help people live better lives, just on their own property.

Lessen the stress load.

So when I started my business...

I knew that manually creating a solution is not everyone's super power & I can help fix that.
​
So I became obessed with manual labour and building dream solutions (RIP clean clothes and smooth hands).
​
I threw myself into learning different trades. I started as a shepherd on a dry stock farm, then switched to exterior plastering, then building, and then taking on the challenge of running a housing franchise where my creations were award winning. When I realised something...

I didn't want to be just another bog standard builder or handy man.
​
I wanted to help others feel heard and less stressed about bringing their vision to life. Whether it be their dream home or trying to make their ultimate lifestyle work.
​
So I took the leap and stepped out on my own and launched my own luxury home building business, Lavish Homes AND created Small Block Services to help those who were inexperienced with running a lifestyle block.
And as they say the rest is history.
